Established by my father, Red Peryea, in 1980, our business began as a small-scale handyman and gardening service. Joining the team in 1981, I, Mike, became an integral part of its growth. Evolving rapidly, the enterprise expanded into a dynamic construction and landscaping company. While my father oversaw the construction arm, I took charge of the landscaping division.
As the years passed, my father encouraged me to manage construction projects to broaden my expertise in the field. In 2012, Red retired, passing the reins to me. Since then, I've diligently maintained our commitment to delivering "A-1" quality service in both construction and landscaping. Over four decades, A-1 has proudly served the valley, standing resilient against the test of time.
